Mulled Red Wine
A small glass of this warm, spicy red wine will revive you after a brisk walk in the crisp winter air or a bout of Christmas shopping.
litres (3 1/2 pints) red wine
1. Place all the ingredients in a large pan. Stir over a low heat for 20 minutes. Do not allow to boil.
2. Serve warm.
Freezing not recommended
Tip: If making in bulk, use a good quality box of wine.
