you have a child that is a picky eater? Do you worry that they might not
be getting the proper nutrition they need. Your worries are probably on
target. There are alot of empty calorie foods out there that taste good
but offer nothing in nutritional value.
This is a cookie that we let our children eat for breakfast .We didn't want them to get the notion that cookies were for breakfast so we called them "Breakfast Bars"(that was before there was such a thing). This bar is packed with nutrition and tastes great! Nutrition Packing Breakfast Bars
Beat together:
add
Combine together
Now add the dry ingredients to the creamed ingredients. Drop on an ungreased cookie sheet or press into a 13x9 pan ( will require longer baking time) Bake at 375 degrees for 9-10 minutes. These are good! they are really good! Copyright © 2000, Lucinda Jenkins
